PowerPoint and fonts?

I have created a PowerPoint to send off to a different location. I found some fonts online that are just awesome! and they match my theme. Whenever I go over to my friends house and play it on her computer all the fonts change. I am guessing that the fonts will change on the computer where I am sending the PowerPoint off to.

My question is:
>Is there anything I can do to make the fonts stay the way they are by like saving them as a picture or something? (If so, how?)

If you use the standard fonts of your OS then the font will not change where ever you distribute your presentations

If you use any downloaded fonts - I guess the fonts should be installed on the pc where you are presenting the presentations.
