When hosting a dedicated server on Garrys Mod?

I host a dedicated server, and I want to know if it is possible to pass off models and textures to people who join? They get the 'downloading files' and some things work,

but for example: the Pikmin addon works, but the Final Fantasy ragdolls are big red ERROR's.
Also Starship troopers ragdolls/npc are big ERROR's.
they both have CS Source which is the only game I have, so I dont know what the problem is.

How do I transfer the files through garrys mod?
Alright well since they cant download it directly, which files can go through? The Pikmin addon went through fine, but the others didnt. Is there a reason?

They have to download the files you have, they can't download it from the server. They have to download it at www.garrysmod.org. You need to download and then extract it to your garrysmod folder.
Also, using ragdolls aren't really important... so don't really bother lol
