Just how effective are 'rings'? You know, where you join a circle of websites with the same goals as yours? It would seem like an excellent idea, but I've never heard anyone talk about it much when it comes to marketing.
Generally, does it have any value in increasing traffic to your site?
And specifically, does it do anything for your site as far as SEO, or can search engines not interpret webrings?
