website about a owner of a business, is that libel? I left a summarization of the issues i had with the owner and and the end result of our problem.

As long as your review was truthful, and was not malicious in intent, then no.

If your review was primarily composed of opinions, as opposed to facts, or it was purely intended as retribution, or to incite harmful, or illegal actions against that person, or business, then yes it is.

No - unless you said something that you knew to be untrue. If you have stated facts relating to your experience with the owner of the business, you can back your statements up, you will have no problem. Your a protected by freedom of speech to express opinion. The issue is if you start making attacks which have no factual basis (or that you cannot prove).
