...directory that includes lots of listings for North Carolina or Winston Salem I would especially like a directory that listed things that the doctors support, like supplements, integrative therapy, etc.
I specifically want to find private practice physicians who will accept uninsured patients who want to pay cash, run a small practice, and aren't necessarily affiliated with a large hospital (though if they qualify on the first two but not the third, I'll be satisfied). Basically I'm trying to avoid med-mills.
