I agree these websites are just opinions. Everyone's experiences may differ.

These sites are not reliable.

A family doctor in our town, who has a wait list to get on her wait list, got one very negative and spiteful review. This affected her rating.

However, like a lot of web evaluations, it is possible to go in and vote favourably or otherwise 500 times for the same doctor.

Not worth the time to read them. Great adverising tools though.
