Submit Form

On one of my pages I have a form that you can submit some comments. When you submit your comments it takes you back to the same page and shows your comment. However, if you click refresh again - the same comments are submitted again.

Is there anything to do about this?

A lot of places that have forms have a page after the form has been submitted that says "Do not click back or refresh, as this may have unexpected results'. Can you add something like that?

Suggest you add a note below, say, Click only ONCE. I have been a victim to this kind of problem, once I signed up with a site and since it seemed to hang up when I clicked submit, I clicked it many times and lo! I have signed up 8 times! Oh my gosh, my boss must have been so upset and worried of paying 8 times for the fee! :(
