Share folders in VirtualBox between host...

...OS Windows 7 and guest OS Windows XP SP3? I'm trying to carry over a JPEG file to Windows XP SP3 from Windows 7 but have no idea going about this. I went into the Virtual Machine settings, Shared Folders and added a folder called "shared picture files" but could not find it on Windows XP. Help?!

You could ftp it from one computer to the other.

There are some free ftp programs if you look on http://download.com
Though you have to connect between local ip addresses. And the file transfer rate is pretty good :p
