Hey Alice.
Google Stuff.tv, i find that the best site for all technology. Also search 'Mobile Choice Magazine', this site helped me choose mine.

Remember don't rush into getting one and don't let the sales staff intimidate you....

I would use cnet.com for the reviews of actual mobiles (they have professional opinions and user reviews) and then www.themobilecomparison.co.uk for comparison of the deals available
