Best Graphics Program?

What's your favorite graphics program? I have to admit, I usually end up in Microsoft Photo Editor. There's not a whole lot you can do in there--it's not like Photoshop or anything--but it's wonderfully simple, and I can crop and resize and all those little things. Plus it doesn't overload my dinosaur of a computer. :p

So what's your favorite?

I have always like Paint Shop Pro, from its early days up to its latest version, which I've now used up my free trial and am saving to pay for an upgrade to. My old version included Animation Shop which is great for making .gifs and other animations. My daughter used it a long time ago to make a smiley face that turned to a frown and back to smiling. She was about 7 or 8 years old at the time, which shows how easy it is to use.

Perhaps I will also get hold of a paint shop pro. The way QL talked about it, it seems it is really very easy to learn.
