...like Google or Yahoo! by the owners of the web sites advertised ? Every time someone cliks a link on Google or Yahoo!, the link owner pays some money to Google or Yahoo!. How is this regulated and policed? Please don't say that clicks are counted and paid accordingly. It is more interesting to know how the clicks are counted and accounted for.
