properly? My database is utf8_unicode_ci and my html charset=utf-8 but without using utf8_encode() on all database results, all of my special characters appear as question marks. What am I doing wrong? I shouldn't have to use utf8_encode() all the time.
Re: deonejuan - Good advice, but my metadata is working fine. I'm guessing this is a problem with my database (maybe using phpmyadmin to write in special characters is screwing me up).
