Looking for a free website builder with no ads

and no CSS or HTML experience needed? I'm looking for a free website builder where I can design a website without knowing HTML or CSS code. I also want the website to have no ads, and fully customizable. The pre-set themes or templates are often hard to design around my existing banner and logo.

I already have a hosting company, so I'd like a website that I can host with another company.
