recommendations or know of a good website for reviews? There seem to be so many different kinds, I need one that can be used from birth that incorporates a car seat in some way (either as part of the deal or one can be attached...). I was thinking about the Quinny Zapp and the cars eat that fits with it but I dunno.... I don't want to spend much more than £200...
Yeah - you need to subscribe to which? to read the reviews. So not much help.

I would imagine that Which? would probably have done a review of this. Try their website.
argos have a couple that are good and have the car seat in too, they call them travel systems
the links below should hopefully come up for you. they are 4 different travel systems all under £200, i have found them to be the better priced, mothercare have some good ones but to me always seemed really expensive....good luck

Take a look in mothercare, they have a great range.
Its better if you go to the shop ratther than look on the net so you get a good idea of how it works and the size and stuff.
I chose the Mothercare Atlan travelsystem, it cost £140 poundsa nd includes a pushchair suitable from birth, a car seat that fits in the pushchair, raincover, changing bag and cosytoes. Looks good too, and not too big.

There's no substitute for going to a good baby shop and having a really good look and play with the prams/pushchairs.
The internet can't let you lift it to see if it's too heavy for you to manoeuver in and out of your cars boot.
Go to Mothercare/Toys R Us if you have to or if you're lucky, you might have an independent store nearby. We went to one, and they were really helpful and knew the products inside out, better than some of the Saturday staff at the big chain stores.
In the meantime, Britax, Graco, Quinny and I think Janes(?) all have good ranges of travel systems on their websites..

There are lots out there...but lots of them are really expensive. I think the Quinny is more than £200 isn't it? I know lots of people who went for the Bugaboo (seriously expensive) and hate it!! Most people end up getting a basic buggy as soon as the baby is over 6 months old anyway.
I went for a Graco Mosaic - under £200 and it's small, light and has a car seat included.
I haven't actually used it used it yet so can't comment more than that!

i used amazon, they have a UK version right? to help me decide. and then i also used epinions.com, big help also. and i just looked at every stroller that someone was using, people might have thought i was wierd but i didn't care. i eventually chose one with a huge basket on the bottom, that was a criteria for me, i really needed that.

nearly all prams are made to fit in cars and have a car seat as a seat for the baby. just one important thing to look for. a pram with the two handles folds away much neater and will be a great help to hang bags from when shopping. also when your child gets bigger and heavier , it's much easier to handle.

please whatever you do don't get the quinny zapp. i bought it for the main reason that it was small, lightweight and it looked stylish. however last week we had to take it back the shop (after only using it for 7 weeks) because the left hand handle wouldn't lock and kept going up and the right hand handle was locked stiff (we now think this is a fault with the zapps). we swapped it for a graco travel system which is brilliant. a couple of other problems with the zapp is the fact that it hasn't got a shopping basket and you cant put shopping on the handles as the pram tips very easily. i know the zapps look good but they aren't sturdy pushchairs. i hope this helps you. good luck xxx

go to your nearest independant store ,usually staff can help you get what you want if you explain how much you can spend and what you hope to get for your money. remember buying a car seat with a buggy as a travel-system, the buggy should be suitable from birth as the car-seat is only meant for short trips. too many people use the car-seat instead of the buggy at the start.web-sites are no substitute for being in a shop with trained staff who know whats what.the quinny zapps bit pricey and although popular, mainly just a fashion thing.graco mirage or mosaico are reasonable and include carseat, bag, footmuff and raincover.,however the wheels are quite flimsy so not ideal if you like walking in the countryside..

I bought a Graco travel system. This incorporated both a car seat and pram. I paid I think about £180 if not slightly less and got the pram, car seat, raincover, bag and footmuff. It was a very good buy indeed!!
If you are unsure as to what type/brand to buy I would suggest visiting either Mothercare or Babies R Us (Toys R Us) and they can give you the best information on what is good or isn't good about each pram, and which one would suit your needs.
For me I really wanted a 3 wheeler but my partner suggested against it as most have an inner tube and he explained that I would get flat/punctured tyres regularly..... so remember to look out for those things when making your choice!
