SEO: Will Changing Content Hurt?

I keep changing my keyword every day. Is this a good move or will i get banned for doing it? What about my site indexing or page ranking? Will it be affected if i keep on changing my keyword, description, H1 tags and so on on the main page on a daily or monthly basis?

no, I just totaly changed the lok at most contect of my wholesale site and my rankings are increasing.

Search engine spiders visit web sites continually, so changing the content daily will not hurt. It will actually help because it keeps your visitors coming back (your site is sticky) and you are feeding the search engine spiders daily.
