redirected to an advertising directory web site--what do I do? I just got my computer back from Staples, paid 129.99,--they stated that they removed three viruses, however the problem is still present--the redirecting as well as occasional pop ups that state my computer is infected or in danger. I use McAfee security suite--should I be using something else? I downloaded Malewarebytes too--it seems to fix the problem for about two minutes only and then I am back to having the same problems. Does anyone know what I can do?, ,

Then staples did not do a good job, they did not check for rootkits, get your money back.
