You must've heard "there's nothing as free lunch". You have to pay for a TLD (top level domain) like .com or .net etc..

Or do you mean that you already have a domain but want to create @domain.com email addresses on it? Well, most domain registrars like netfirms etc provide that for free, whats your registrar?

However, you can still use http://www.google.com/a/ (Google Apps for domain) for what you want.
