How do I get a little logo to the left of my domain...

...name for my web site? For example, Yahoo has a big red Y I think. I have my own web site and would like to add the professional touch of it's own logo.

Just add an image file named "favicon.ico" (16x16) to the root folder of your webpage. The browser looks for this file when you make a favorite or type an address and uses it.

you create an icon file and upload it to your web server in EVERY directory.
You can use photoshop or fireworks etc to design a graphic 32 x 32 pixels then save with the name "favicon.ico" and upload. thats it!
