VM to host PC? how to make sure can't sharing anything at VM to host PC..?
bcoz from sharing.. maybe virus can share from VM to host ~
and how to connect internet at VM? not must connect at host.. so can't share at modem from VM to host..?

Im not sure about most virtual machines, but i use virtualbox, the only way you could have something transferred to the host system is through a storage device that both systems can see. If you start a fresh vm, and dont make any special changes (such as adding linking hard drives, or adding usb storage devices) there should be no way for it to transfer to the host system.
Of course this is not 100% fool proof, because it is potentially possible for a really skilled hacker to see the virus on the vm, and find the computer running it, but the likleyhood that the right person would find it at the right time would be severley slim, and only in a small percentage of the types of viruses you could download, i wouldnt worry about it.

(just because they have the info, doesnt mean they know what to do with it)
