Expedia have a good range of hotels described by travellers.

www.virtualtourist.com is a site not only for hotel reviews but also for places you want to go to anywhere around the world.You can even join the forum and ask members living in the area for reviews of the hotel you wish to stay at and it's updated.It's worth a try,free membership and I visit the site everytime I want reviews of places I want to visit.

I use two they are www.holiday-truth .co.uk and www.tripadvisor.co.uk
both are good the top one is the better in my view
