4-12 cores - 2.6Ghz CPU
16-32GB Ram
256-512GB Storage (Only a little storage, but i'd preffer a really fast HDD, min. 7200 rpm)
Min. 100 mbps internet speed
Unlimited bandwith
OS: Anything! Linux, Mac & Windows will all work!

Please, if you know any cheap host that sells this, write here. Max price: 250$ /month (but i'd prefer less :P)
