A payment will not be issued this month. Your unpaid earnings prior to August 1, 2011 was calculated to be $0.00. Payments are issued within 30 days after the end of the month in which your unpaid earnings reach $100.00.
it says this on my account/payments section..
but then it says

then when i click details; it gives me this;

with a payment number
