Vbulletin database shifting

I got a new host and I wish to shift my forums ..

Now I am not sure how to go about the whole database shifting..

If there is any error, I will be screwed...

Any of you guys can explain a step by step procedure ??

It shouldn't be that hard to copy and move your folders from the old host to the new one. Or is your old host server already unavailable?
