Hey guyz,
What colour do you prefer for your sites??
I am soo hooked up with blue and white..
I feel that combination gives a corporate look..
Whats your sites colour ?
If given an option which colour would you change it to ?

Mine is a taking looking green. Some people say it's ugly and others say it looks nice for what the site is.

Dark green gives the site a matrix / underground hacking sites kind of a look.
Depending of what your site stands for and the target audience the looks should be decided.
All BAD a$$ teens would love a dark green uber colour.. and simple teens would find it ugly..
Can you tell ur sites url ? and the Target audience?

I have different colours on different pages, depending on the effect I want to achieve. Mostly I have a default of a paper background that I've used for a long time.

I'd love to see blue and white or green and white, it is alright as long as the colors of the font and background are contrasting.

Since my site is a personal site, designed to 'sell' people on me, rather than any products, I went with a feminine pink and lavendar theme, with large black text to make it easy to read. And I aligned my text to the right instead of the left to (hopefully!) add another layer of interest without adding confusion. So far I think it's working; most people who have seen the site have liked it. And it's a good reflection of my personality while still being user-friendly, which, of course, is essential.

just make sure the colors are visible - I've actually seen sites with light yellow on light blue or some horrible combo where you can't see the text!

Or light blue on light lavendar? That's what my site used to have...then I replaced it with the current peachish color, and black text. Much easier to read!
