Clearing cache on computers who share a network with

site host computer? Alright, here' s the predicament.
I'm workign on a site, and my updates are not being picked up by IE. Naturally, I do the two quick fixes.

SHIFT + Refresh

and

Deleting of all temporary internet files & offline content (I even did so manually in the Temp folder.)

Still, the site appears un-updated. Even after I delete a file, the other computer(s) can see the file.

As a side note, the hosting server for this website is a workgroup computer on these computers' network. I don't knwo if that would make any difference, but there you go.
