Sorry to say, but there's no software I'd recommend. SEO isn't a canned thing that can be handled by a piece of software. It's a process of analysis and strategy and execution that requires human effort.

I would recommend staying away from SEO software altogether. If you're not interested in hiring a quality SEO firm, I'd suggest reading a couple of the very good SEO books on the market and/or reading any of the quality SEO blogs, forums, etc.
