There are a lot of companies offering SEO for you websites. http://outsourcingtemps.com/ is one I know of. Although you can also try to have internet marketing in house, as it will cost you less. Have someone read articles on online marketing and such to learn SEO. I usually go to http://internetmarketingstudents.com/ for SEO related materials.
