that is very important? I understand that you can use the Text tool button to write on an image. but if i have an image, and on that image is a text, for example: "I live in Asia", how do i erase that text and write something of my own?

There's no easy way, unfortunately... You'll have to go through and paint over the old text. If the text is over a simple background, you'll have an easy time fixing it, but if it's complex, it'll practically be a pixel-by-pixel makeover.
