Alas, I have nothing to share on this thread...soon I will, though!
In the meantime, keep them coming! I can use all the inspiration and encouragement I can get. :-)

I sorta did that in my intro post (http://www.webspacechat.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54) already. :-)
I'm rather proud of the blog (http://www.nicolejleboeuf.com/journal/) I scripted, though. It is not turnkey software (using my new vocabulary!) -- it's my own MySQL/PHP widget, mainly because I wanted to link blog posts in the blog d/b to writing projects in the writing d/b.
That said, it still needs some work on both the script and the style and, well, the whole web site. But it's pretty darn functional, so I'm happy there.

Yeah it might be noobish but it's better than what I can do. I'm not good with graphics. I wish I was though.

Hey, JT, wish we can do that. How to do that, please share?

Well depends on what you want, i usually go look for photoshop tutorials in the beginning. And after time, i just get accustomed to it and i know what to do.
try good-tutorials.com
or just google photoshop tutorials, and just find the right one for you

I need to make more time to play with graphics, and try out different software. *sigh* So many toys...so little time. :D

No graphics to share, I'm afraid, but my website has been redesigned and updated and you can see it here (http://www.keesareneedupre.com).

It's nice and straightforward. I did have a chuckle out of this:
"...one dog, six cats, and seven chickens. We're working towards a sustainable lifestyle; fresh, organic vegetables, raising our own meat ..."
I assume the chickens are the actual source of meat, since no goats, pigs or cows were mentioned, but the juxtaposition of the dog and cats with "raising our own meat" made me chortle. :)
