Whats the best way to focus photos in photoshop 6.0 ?

If they are not in focus from the camera, you will not help them much in Photoshop - if at all. Look for the Unsharp Mask and try goosing things up a bit. You can "sharpen" an image and you can blur an image, but you can't put it in better focus than it was in the first place.

Sometimes, you can increase the saturation of a key color or two and make it appear more to your liking.
