...Flash8? If I buy a laptop which has Intel Celeron M Processor 370 , can I run Photoshop, Flash etc?

The short answer is Yes. People have been using Photoshop since way before processors were that fast. While CS2 is full of a lot of great and complex features, Adobe has always been good about loading things into memory as needed. Photoshop should run but the more memory you can get the better. Also, the more complex filters and such you use, the longer it will take to process.

I have that type of processor on my laptop and it can run paint shop pro well. Its really not that slow unless your a major gamer or something.

Sure -- no problem. If it's a bit slow put some more memory in it.
