Cant See Web Graphics Or Page Backgrounds... Help?

When I go to a direct site, not a link connected to it (like yahoo.com), I can see all the background and graphics, and everything is arranged normally. But when I go to a link, like check my Yahoo mail, The text is aligned along the left side, and there's only a few links. I've changed my internet security settings to lower, and messed with the size of the text. I've also disabled the web filters, but nothing seems to help. Can someone please help me? NO dumb answers, please.

Open your Internet window and click "Tools" then "Internet Options" clear all your "Cookies" and "History" close page and reopen it. Because it sounds like you used up your storage. Some times if you have a firewall on it will block certain Internet features, and also check your monitor settings :)
