Billing your clients

I prefer to bill my clients on a monthly basis for the following reasons:

- it adds to the cash flow of my company
- I can allocate my funds monthly
- If I have to sell my firm, the purchaser is going to look for the monthly cash flow so it must be handy and ready

What about you, do you also bill your clients monthly or on what basis?

Dont you feel that billing the client annually would be better ??

If i had the opportunity, I would reduce the pricing a little.. charge them annually and put the amount in bank wherein I get a good interest rate.

That way the profits would be better managed and you have more liquidity in hands than ever.
