Does anyone know where I can download Photoshop CS for free?

You can get the DEMO from Adobe, but it will be that a DEMO. The Demo works for 15 days I believe and has limitations.

PhotoShop is not FREE, you need to pay for it to get the activation License to function properly.

I know, not the answer you wanted, but it's the way of things.
