I am thinking of hosting a dedicated Call of Duty 4 server at home.
I have a spare computer, 1.8 GHz Sempron, 512MB RAM, ATI X200 on board video, 160 GB hard drive. I have a 3 MBPS down, 512 KBPS up ADSL connection that would be shared with my PC.
Is this setup powerful enough? Will this seriously slow down my internet? What do I need to do to make this work?
