file hosting: free for a 48 meg file to share via

There are plenty of services out there but I am have having a hard time finding the one that suits my needs:

1) Upload a ~48 meg file
2) Share with others (i.e. a shareable hyperlink direct to the download)
3) No limitations for the number of users who can download the file at any given time or limit to total downloaded amount
4) No 'file' expiration
5) Fast as possible?
6) Free

What do you pros out there think? Any ideas?

http://www.megaupload.com or http://www.easy-share.com are quite popular ones. http://www.rapidshare.com is also popular but has some restrictions.
