In the order of your questions...

a) If you are new to html and you want to set up simple, effective websites yourself, I recommend Jim Edward's Mini Site Course.

b) If the affiliate programs you have joined relate to ClickBank, Amazon & PayDotCom and if you want to build Adsense websites, go for HyperVRE.

c) If you want to establish yourself in the internet marketing arena, you should have your own domain. Some good names are enom.com for domain name registration and hostica.com for hosting.

Hope that helps.

They have forums that people from every industry use to advertise their businesses. The best part is that it is free to get started post a business profile right away.
I get so many hits from others who are interested in my services that I can't keep up with the emails!
