Banner maker or not?

Does anyone use a program like Banner maker pro or do you use photoshop?

I don't have Photoshop, although it's on my wish list. I use Paintshop Pro to make banners, and I'm thinking of trying AnimationShop to see what I can come up with.

What makes you want to use Paintshop Pro instead of banner maker pro?
