to learn HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL? First of all, I'm completely confused. DHTML, XHTML, Perl, Apache, Ajax and whatnot. How and where do I start? What should I avoid because it is too complicated or because it's becoming obsolete? Are there sites out there offering TRUE free classes on these languages? If not, what books should I go for? Remind you I'd be starting from scratch. I'm also looking for a programmer at the moment to code a PSD on Pligg and add modules, someone familiar with the script. If you are that person please contact me. Thank you!

I'm not sure how long it takes, but it took me a full 2 months to fully understand HTML. Now I'm in grade 9 in Info Tech 11 learning Java and stuff. You definitely want to start with Basic HTML and CSS, then after your comfortable with those 2 you can start going into the more advance stuff. START WITH HTML
(i bet you could fully learn HTML it in like 1 month or less)
(start building a practice website out of HTML)
(the sit below is PERFECT) (well it helped me out big time)
