what are requirement i need to get for a laptop and what are brand is good?
how much processor or grafic card how much or big should it be and what else and how much i need to get? could someone list out what i need. i most appreciate it thank you.

well for starters.. i would recomend that you buy an intel pentum duo core 2 or the newest intel processor w/ duo core 2 hard core processor from: www.intel.com.. and if you can't aford that well then go with an intel genuine celeron processor w/ 810 chipset pins buthowever makesure that the heat vents are free of dust or the processor will not function properley. =( only because i've had the experience myself.

processor-intel centrino duo 2 1.66 ghz
ram-1 GB
graphic card-preferably ati radaeon or nvidia geforce with 256 or 512mb memory
screen-15 inch lcd

there are many brands but i think u should get a dell or toshiba
also try getting a optical mouse as it will be better for drawing when compared to touchpad

i am a CAD guru by trade. i would look at CAdyst mag they have tested "mobile workstations" Aug 06' was the most recent review that put the dell precision M90 ahead of the others, but also favored HP compaq nw9440
