Just pay for one... it is only about $10/2yrs if you get the right registra... otherwise you could try something like pay for hosting that has a domain included

You can use your computer's IP as a "domain name"... of course it would be pretty ghetto since its only a number, and you'd have to run your website off your computer. But that can be done for free and its pretty easy. (see www.aprelium.com)
