My library has - Starting an Online Business for Dummies - it was good.
I liked "Millionaire Maker" by Loral Langemeir better - she details how to take what you know - the idea - and using that she details how to build a business. How to protect your business and how to grow your business. All in a simple step by step process using common sense and basic tools - that usually are free to everyone.

If you want specific information on affiliate marketing - commission junction and clickbank are king....they have information and tutorials available for free. Sign up is for free.

I'm an affiliate marketer - things you need to understand - You are like a car salesman. You make money after the sale and only a small commission. Some affilate marketeers have reputations that make car salemens look like innocent virgins.
Good - really good - affiliate marketers are not like this.
