You simply go to the Java site, and download the JavaScript.

just install it and it will turn on itself

the java is in the internet options in tools menu on your internet window.. also there is a java folder in the control panel.

if you have a service providers install disk you can find it there. i.e. virtual machine maybe in system info ?
you can type java in search window and choose there home page sun java then download the file which is made for your machine.good luck/
