What are some good commands for program...

...making? I'm new to programming programs and need some help with making a program that basicly key logs my own computer when I say I want to so I can remember stuff I need to remember and delete it when I'm done or send it to other people or send it to sombody and send it back to me, I need to make this program so I can say "I told you so!" in a way... I need some commands that will help me and the description if you have enough time.
