IDK but you can just highlight it and delete it once its already in there

To stop windows from logging recently opened documents:
1. Right click any blank space on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select properties from the menu.
3. click on the "start menu" tab.
4. click on the customize button next to the appropriate setting (classic or start).
5. click on the advanced tab on the resulting window.
6. uncheck the option for "list my most recently opened documents" and click OK.
7. Click OK on the original window.
