Theres no legit way to download it free, and I don't think Adobe offers a trial version either.

I don't think there are trial versions. You might want to use GIMP freeware instead. It has most of the functions or features that Adobe might have, and you can do nearly anything that you can do with Photoshop. And best of all, its free and can be downloaded and used freely. Just hop over to gimp.com, and have fun with your software :)
