What's the program?

If any of you watch HGTV, there's a show called Hidden Potential, and they use this really awesome program used to show what a house can look like. Does anyone know what the program is called?

It must be some pro. program/software that they use on National Television.

But, for your personal use,you can use, Punch Home Design software. It will make you nice 3d house.
