What program should I use to resize image...

...& keep same look? I use Photo Filter a good bit but just can't keep the same contrast,properties or what ever the word is I am looking for. I am trying to take an image from a digital camera and make it this size: 760pixesl x 175pixesl. I tried their forum but it's a trip trying to translate the whole forum.

go to download.com and get irfanview, it is a great resizing program.

once you get the program go to Image - resize/resample.

I don't know if this free program will fit your needs, but you can try it out. There is also a forum where you can ask questions and get help. Click the link below. You need to download & install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 runtime files before installing Paint.NET. (It takes quite awhile to install.)

Any good picture editing software will do.
Use the crop and resize tools that come with photoshop to resize the image to the size you want.
