...cable sales, what is the best advertising avenue? Print ,or Web? I own a website that sells HDMI Cables, TV Wall Mounts and other HDTV stuff.

I'm having a ton of problems getting people to go to my website (which is currently being re-vamped).

What is the best advertising method for me?
Other than Google Adwords, and Yahoo Ads, what are cheap, or free advertising oppertunites?

Take a step backwards.

First think: who are the customers who bought from you? Get hold of them, and try to understand them. Then think what are the habits of those people? What do they do? What kind of things do they read? Do they watch TV at all? Read news? What channels? What papers? What websites? How did they find out about your website?

Once you have this information then you can decide for yourself what media you should advertise in. Focus in the customer and not the media.
