Where to find your marketing team will depend greatly on where your
market is "hanging out" online.

A good place to start, no matter what nice you're in, will be to find related forums. Experts and novices alike gather in forums, and it's quickly apparent who knows what they're talking about.

These are the people you want promoting your products.

DO NOT "Spam" forum members with your offer!

Instead, become a part of the community, and contribute where you can. Get to know a bit about these experts before you approach them to become affiliates for your product.

When you're ready - send them a complimentary copy of the product. If it's a digital product, your cost is zero. If it's a physical product, you still want to send them a copy, but only after offering it to them, and them accepting...

Affiliate marketing has always been, and always will be about relationships. Build relationships with folks, and it's hard for them to turn down quality affiliate offers when asked.
